Italy / Netherlands - Prysmian and Draka in merger discussions
Italy’s Prysmian SpA, and Dutch cablemaker Draka Holding N.V both confirmed on 29 June that they are in preliminary talks to evaluate a ‘share-for-share cross border statutory merger’, which would leave Prysmian as the surviving entity and the world’s largest cablemaker.
